**A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Location** This hotel has become my number one choice during my trips to Taipei! The staff are always incredibly welcoming and helpful, making every stay a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to Taipei Main Station and surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of eateries, so you’ll never run out of things to do or places to eat. I also appreciate the added convenience of the self-laundry service available in the lobby area, along with complimentary coffee and tea machines—perfect for a quick refresh. One thing to note is that the hotel operates with a green policy, so there is no daily room cleaning. Instead, cleaning is done every three days, which is a small thing to consider, but doesn't take away from the overall great experience. Overall, I love the staff and the location, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Taipei.

The location of the hotel is great and convenient where close to everything, Taipei Station, shopping, food, and XIMENGTING just with 15 minutes walking. Professional and helpful staffs are easily approachable. I had a small scratch on my wrist area while having dinner at Tutto Fresco restaurant. The waitress helped me cleaning the blood and applied a bandage on it. I guess the owner owns both hotel and restaurant, she offered me to go to the hospital which is unnecessary so I denied. Surprisingly the manager or the owner offered me some money for compensation. I felt very grateful that I was well taken care of by the whole team. To conclude, I am very happy that I have chosen this hotel to stay. Definitely will stay here again with my next visiting Taipei! Great value overall.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, especially Family Mart and 7-Eleven, so you’ll never go hungry. The hotel also offers free coffee and tea in the lobby, along with a water dispenser. The hotel provided free luggage storage on the same day, which is great for travelers like us who enjoy exploring freely. The room and bathroom are clean, the bed is comfy, and having a dining table is super convenient when you bring things back to the room. Plus, there’s free beer for check-in guests! If I visit Taipei again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Especially grateful for the coffe and tea station as well as the washing machines and dryer that can be used by the guests. The rooms are on the small side, but the space is hot comodity in the area. The room itself was more than enough for one person and while it may be a tighter squeeze for two with a lot of luggage, it still very much doable. Rooms are clean and have all the necessities. Reception staff was always friendly and ready to help with any question or the problem.
